You can pay by card, or pay the carrier by cash or certified check; Zelle and Venmo are accepted too. Confirm the payment method and timing before pickup so you know what is due to SAKAEM and what is paid directly to the carrier.
Do I need to be present at pickup?
A designated adult must be present at pickup and delivery to inspect the car and sign the Bill of Lading. If you can't attend, arrange for someone you trust to meet the driver, review the condition notes with them, and make sure they can access the keys and vehicle.
