How do I pay for car shipping?
SAKAEM requires no upfront deposit and offers free cancellation. You can pay by card, or pay the carrier with cash or certified check; Zelle and Venmo are also accepted. Confirm which method your shipment will use before pickup so you know who to pay and when.
Do I need to be present at pickup?
A designated adult must be at both pickup and delivery to inspect the car and sign the Bill of Lading. If you cannot attend, arrange another adult in advance and make sure they can access the keys and review the vehicle with the driver. That keeps handoffs clear at both ends.
