ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Customer Service Skills – love working with people and solving puzzles.

• Pre-dispatch calls verifying order information.
• Arranging for Trucking Transport of our customers vehicles and products.
• Learning and understanding our system tools and help us define processes and work flows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School diploma/GED required. College a plus!
• Primary Language English, bilingual with Spanish a plus!
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Apps).
• Experience with mobile apps a plus.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, your goal will be to expand your client base and meet their car hauling transportation needs. As an individual contributor, this is a client-facing position. You will be assigned leads to contact and convert them into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and conduct sales calls and meetings on potential new clients
• Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and other methods
• Understand and execute the key KPIs of outbound calls, connecting to decision-makers, quoting, and closing.
• Other duties as assigned
